REFORMER PILATES​

At Buddhabox we believe Pilates is for every type of body. We uphold Joseph Pilates’ vision: you are only as young as your spine flexible. Our signature reformer class is a 60-minute full-body session that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. It focuses on increasing strength, balance, stability, and control in ways that will enhance your performance and everyday life.

Our reformer pilates classes are low-impact, fun and effective. To make them more personalised we only have 4 spots in a class.

Functional Barre

It’s an exercise class combining the best of Ballet Barre, Functional movements, Pilates and Gymnastics which includes a series of controlled exercises that are designed to strengthen, stretch and tone your body. Functional Barre improves core and whole body strength, your flexibility and posture for an invigorating full body workout. This dynamic and graceful class not only challenges your conditioning but tones and elongates your muscles.

Stretch & Mobility

In this class we dedicate 60 minutes to a combination of gymnastic stretch and mobility drills designed to encourage your muscles, tendons, and ligaments to be comfortable in a more extended state. The focus of this class is increasing your flexibility by improving your mobility and body awareness.

DHARMA YOGA

Based on the physical vinyasa flow of Sri Dharma Mittra, this is a powerful, flowing class that combines standing postures with twists, backbends and inversion (where appropriate). These classes start with breathing exercises to focus the attention and finish with a deep relaxation. They are designed to work the body and focus the mind. Open to all levels, variations are given during the class.
