I have a true passion in helping people reach their goals, passing on my expertise and experience which consist of 14 years coaching mainly in professional sport gaining an Msc in Strength & Conditioning (sports science), Level 3 master trainer and UKSCA qualified. I specialise in individual training needs ranging from top level professional sport teams and individuals to training 60+ year olds living their best life, keeping fit and
healthy Skills I deliver include: Strength Training, Muscle Gain (Hypertrophy), Power & Speed (Olympic lifting/Speed Training), Energy system development (cardiovascular system development), Nutrition, Movement. These subheadings branch off into many different ways of achieving the above goals.

  1. Accountability: Not everyone is on it 100% of the time, I am here to make sure you stay on task and remind you your WHY

Kojo Korang

Personal trainer and sports performance coach Kojo is a results-focused expert capable of getting his clients into their best shape by working together in a quick realistic time frame.

With a background in rugby and boxing, former London Broncos rugby league Academy player and currently at London Skolars semi-pro, Kojo was also boxing out of the Koolbox Gym stable with the likes of world champion Lawrence okolie and British Champion Dan Azzez. Kojo has gathered practical hands-on experience in coaching young athletes and is committed to the science of exercise training and smart nutritional planning.

Kojo’s influential teaching style encourages his clients to consider any elements that could impact their success, offering them the support to make positive changes, whilst also educating them during workouts. Taking on a similar role to a life coach, a psychological approach is embedded in everything he does as he helps his clients make positive changes in all aspects of their lifestyle.

With extensive hours of real experience and providing a comprehensive knowledge base, Kojo works with those new to a gym, elite athletes, busy office workers and everyone in between!

Matt Charlton

Matt started practicing yoga while training to be an Osteopath in London (2006-2010). Recognising the importance that mindful movement has on the body and healing, he started a daily study of asana, meditation and philosophy.

Matt’s first yoga teacher training was based in Zen philosophy. He explored the meditative aspects of yoga and learnt to teach flowing classes. He then spent time in Mysore, India, studying Ashtanga Yoga at KPJAY, followed by Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and meditation in Nepal before deciding to go to the source of his passion for yoga: to study under Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City. Here he developed skills in teaching advanced postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Since his 500hr Yoga Teacher Training with Sri Dharma Mittra, he has taught yoga extensively in London (private and group classes) as well as in Nepal, India, USA, Italy, South Africa, and Hong Kong.

Matt’s classes are heavily influenced by the physical vinyasa flow of Sri Dharma Mittra. Combining this flow with pranayama, flowing postures and inversions (where appropriate), the classes are playful, strong, and tailored to the students in the room. By developing a strong physical practice we are able to focus the mind and calm our inner thoughts. Over time we can learn to use these skills in other aspects of our life. Matt strives to help others develop mindful movement practices to look after both the mind and body.

Matt can be found teaching yoga around London and providing Osteopathic treatments in his clinic – Vibrant Health – in London Victoria.

Ex professional Muay thai fighter. Mark has been involved in combat sports scene since 2007 and coaching since 2015/ 2017. Training and competing out of world famous gyms K.O gym London, Perun gym and Team Nasser in France.

Mark is also heavily involved in mixed martial arts, for where he has spent  a considerable amount of time at the world famous Tristar gym and has an active role as a cutsman within the industry, from working for Cage Warriors, Bellator, IMMAF, Muay Thai Grand Prix and many more.

Mark had retired in 2017 from active competition, whilst having fights in Muay thai, K-1 and boxing, exceeding 25 fights plus, both domestic and abroad. He also had won an I.S.K.A  Southern area title and had fought for a British title.

Since retiring he has taken on a more commited coaching role since, from training fighters to international level. Mark is also a registered Pro Boxing coach BBBOFC in additon to been a striking coach.

Having an unique perspective as a former fighter and coach, Mark believes in provides the best coaching no matter what level to get the best out of the individual.

Oriance Lungu

With over 10 years of experience in the boxing, kickboxing and fitness industry as both fitness coach and international competitor, Ori’s journey began when she became the English Universities Series Winner which led to her joining Haringey Boxing Club where she achieved the title of 2x Haringey Box Cup Winner. Following this, Ori has represented England, gained a black belt in kickboxing, became the National Novice Champion and more recently, gained the title of National Elite Champion.

Ori’s passion for boxing is recognised by her devotion to coaching fitness enthusiasts keen to learn a new skill, ABA regional and national boxing champions and aspiring boxers.

Whether they be a complete novice or experienced competitor, Ori never fails to tailor boxing sessions to the ability of each individual and emphasises the importance of proper technique for all students.

Ori wants to encourage boxing as a great form of fun as well as fitness.  She believes it is a fantastic way of coping with issues life can throw at you, as well being a superb way of getting fit, healthy and making new friends.

Kareem Jaiyesimi

My name’s Kareem. I started boxing in 1981, fought over 200 amateur fights – winning the Golden Gloves and the USA Amateur Championships during my career. In 1995, I started training with the late and legendary Roger Mayweather, becoming one of three amateurs that he’s ever trained (the other two being Steve Forbes and of course, Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather). So if you want to understand the concept of the Mayweather style, I’m your man.

I have also trained with other legendary boxing trainers including Emanuel Steward, Eddie Futch, and Luther Rawlings; trainers of Lennox Lewis, Joe Frazier, and Sugar Ray Robinson respectively. I have also had the honor to be a part of the training camps of some of the best boxers in history, including Mike Tyson, James Toney, and Montell Griffin.

Boxing is my first love and I find it very therapeutic. It’s a great way to connect with people and I really do believe that boxing is a great way to help those dealing with issues such as depression or substance abuse. To me, boxing is more than just a sport, it’s a way of life. Natty Ngwenya

Natty Ngwenya grew up in South East London Thamesmead and was first introduced to boxing after returning home from serving a tour in Afghanistan in 2010. He didn’t really get serious with the sport till 2014, and went on to win the Novice ABA under 10s. After that he joined the Army Boxing Team winning the UK Armed Forces Championships 5 time against the Navy and Air Force.

Natty eventually went on to be a Physical Instructor in the Army and in 2011 his amateur record was 56-9. Recently Natty decided to turn professional signing with Frank Warren under Queensberry Promotion, debut pending.

Natty’s training ethos is you will only get back, what you are willing to put in. When you start to slow, remember the reasons why you started this journey.

I have a true passion for fitness and training and have been participating in sports my whole life, but specifically competitive boxing from the age of 13 up until 19. During this time, I managed to go to the junior National finals and represent England.

But unfortunately, due to injury, my career was cut short. So instead, I decided to continue pursuing my passion of sport in a different way, by studying Sport Science in University wherein I graduated with a First-Class degree with Honours.

After completing that I tried to continue pursuing my career in boxing but, due to my old injuries flaring back up and preventing me from doing so, I decided instead to just train recreationally purely out of my love for the sport and for exercise.

I have a wealth of training knowledge and years of experience in training clients on both a one-on-one basis, as well as in a group setting, to assist them in achieving their goals.

Hilary’s 12 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry started in athletics, having been ranked top 10 in the UK for her event 800m at the age of 17. She knows from first-hand knowledge what hard work and determination looks like and how it can change people’s lives.

Hilary has a sports science degree and qualifications in nutrition and health, giving her extensive knowledge and skills in helping people achieve their goals. With a background in sports herself and having been a 3 times bikini fitness champion in Canada, California and the UK, she believes that change really happens when you are pushed out of your comfort zone and take your training to the next level. Her most recent boxing achievements, winning 2 WCB fights, continues to highlight this.
